Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Rhino 3D BIM Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using Rhinoceros 3D and integrating them with BIM workflows. Proficiency in Grasshopper for parametric modeling is highly valued. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop innovative, efficient, and optimized design solutions for complex architectural and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Rhino 3D for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Utilize Grasshopper for parametric modeling and automation of complex design elements.
• Integrate Rhino models with Revit and other BIM platforms, ensuring data interoperability.
• Create highly detailed, accurate, and well-organized models for various project phases.
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from the BIM model.
• Conduct clash detection, quality control, and geometric validation for project accuracy.
• Work on freeform, complex geometries, and algorithm-driven designs in architecture.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless execution of design intent.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Rhino, Grasshopper, and BIM technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D for architectural and structural modeling.
• Experience with Grasshopper for computational and parametric design.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and ability to integrate Rhino with Revit.
• Knowledge of visual scripting, generative design, and algorithmic modeling.
• Experience with complex facade designs, organic structures, and digital fabrication.
• Ability to manage large datasets, optimize models, and ensure version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Python or C# scripting for automation in Grasshopper.
• Familiarity with Dynamo for Revit.
• Experience with AEC industry standards for BIM and computational design.
• Understanding of digital fabrication techniques and 3D printing workflows.
